Terms of sale (CGV)

Introduction

These Terms of Sale (CGV) apply to the digital services offered by Saveet on saveet.tn, app.saveet.tn and the Saveet mobile apps.

They complete the Terms of Use. In case of conflict on a paid offer, these CGV prevail for the commercial aspects.

2. Product and service description

Saveet is a digital budget management service (web and mobile). Features include monthly budgets, transactions, savings goals, shared event budgets and public guides.

The product description is available on the website and in the app stores without creating a paid order. Access to the free features does not require payment.

3. Prices, currency, taxes and fees

Currency: Tunisian dinar (TND).
Current offer: Saveet is free to download and use. No subscription fee is charged at this time.
Taxes: no tax is charged while the service remains free. If paid plans are introduced, tax details will be shown before payment.
Additional fees: none for the current free digital service. No shipping or handling fees apply.

4. Payment methods

No payment is required for the current free offer.

When paid options become available, payment may be processed through authorized providers (for example Flouci or card networks). Available methods will be listed before you confirm payment.

5. Delivery and access

Saveet is a digital service. There is no physical delivery.

Access is granted immediately after account creation (or after successful payment for a future paid plan) via the website and mobile apps.

6. Cancellation policy

While the service is free, you may stop using Saveet and delete your account at any time from the app settings or by contacting support.

For a future paid subscription, cancellation rules and effective dates will be stated at checkout and in the updated CGV before any charge.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Because the current offer is free and digital, there is no product return, exchange or refund applicable today.

If paid digital plans are offered later, refund conditions will be published here and shown before payment. Digital services consumed immediately may have limited withdrawal rights as allowed by Tunisian law.

8. Applicable law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance is subject to Tunisian jurisdiction.

9. Dispute resolution

In case of a complaint, contact us first by email or via the contact form so we can try to resolve it amicably.

If no amicable solution is found, courts of Tunisia have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
